QR Codes are a big hit in my classroom!
I love how integrating this technology tool takes a concept such as reading a CVC word and matching it to a picture to a whole new level.
Working independently, the child opens the QR Reader app and scans the QR code.
Then, the child reads the word.
That's it! QR Codes in three easy steps!

I'm dying to try QR codes in our classroom. Having a blog hop might just be the push I need to make up some activities! I'd participate, and I'd love to see how others are using them!

WOW! This activity looks awesome! I have never heard of - or used QR codes myself - however my team has just been given 5 iPads to use in each of our kindergarten classrooms. I would love to try this when we receive them.

Just found your blog by clicking on a link on TBA and what a find! This is such a great idea. I'm blessed to have two iPads I use in my kindergarten class. I have used them for a variety of things but this takes it to a whole new level. This activity will keep my kinders on task during literacy centers. Definitely getting this before school starts.
